Job summary

RMatrix is seeking a Software Engineer in the United States (New Jersey) to design, develop, and optimize data models and schemas. The role involves converting Oracle PL/SQL into Python, Spark, and Scala scripts, delivering end-to-end business solutions and proofs of concept. You will use Java and Python alongside web tech to create interactive dashboards.

The position requires a Masters in CS/IT or equivalent, at least 3 years in IT, and 2 years in the listed skills. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as an information technology professional and 2 years in the listed skills/tools.

Responsibilities

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Design, develop & optimize data models; create structured schemas; optimize/convert complex Oracle PL/SQL into Python, Spark, and Scala Scripts. Deliver end-to-end business solutions and Proof of Concepts (POCs); utilize JAVA & PYTHON alongside Web Technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, UNIX, RESTful API. Design & develop interactive management dashboards using OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, Robotic Process Automation & Direct Database Reporting (DDR). Must have a Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology. Foreign Equivalent is acceptable. Must have at least 3 years of experience as an information technology professional and 2 years of experience in all the above-listed skills and tools. Travel required.
