We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated iOS Software Engineer to join the team powering the T-Life app—T-Mobile’s flagship mobile experience. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, performant, and AI-enabled Android features that reach millions of users. The Software Engineer is essential for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable software solutions that meet customer requirements and support high availability environments. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to develop software components using modern technologies and architectural patterns. This position requires independent development of full software stacks and understanding system protocols, data flows, and technology interactions. Success is measured by the ability to deliver technical solutions, produce clear documentation, and contribute to technology strategy and innovation. The work impacts the organization by enabling advanced software systems that improve operational efficiency and support business goals.

Education and Work Experience

  OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
  OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering (Required)
• 2-4 years Technical engineering experience. (Required)
• Experience developing iOS applications using Swift, Objective-C,SwiftUI, and the iOS SDK(Required)
• SwiftUI: Knowledge of SwiftUI for building user interfaces using a declarative syntax. (Required)

Compensation

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $106,375 - $191,820National Base Pay Range: $92,500 - $166,800

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
