  • System Development Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a product management capacity. Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve product excellence and drive innovation.
  • Telecom Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of telecom infrastructure technologies (including Fiber, DWDM, IP etc), expertise in building OSS/BSS GIS Geospatial systems, their architecture, and their role in ensuring efficient operations.
  • Lead the end-to-end software and systems development process, including requirement gathering, design, development, UAT, and deployment of all new systems and features. Drive the creation of high-quality features that meet user needs and exceed expectations.
  • Cross Collaboration: Work closely with business, Optical, Border Engineering, and Network Operations to ensure seamless and timely execution of the product roadmap. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages effective communication and problem-solving.
