You will contribute to design reviews, write clear design documents, and deliver reliable, maintainable production code. You will also participate in on-call rotations and mentor junior engineers.

In this role, you will have the autonomy and influence to shape core features of Amazon's brand marketing tech ecosystem with PE, Director, VP, and S-team level exposure for your work. Our products hold strategic significance in Amazon's global marketing investment strategies. We leverage data and innovative technologies to solve difficult business problems at Amazon's scale. The XCM Brand Marketing Tech organization owns systems, data, and product infrastructure that power how Amazon shows up for Customers. We are a global cross-functional team of product, engineering, and science leaders building core capabilities across both upper funnel (e.g. awareness, reach) and mid/lower funnel (e.g. consideration, conversion) marketing domains. Our objective is to improve how we understand customer needs and connect those needs to Amazon's value — wherever the customer is. We present a cohesive voice to the customer, regardless of team or channel, and act in concert to make marketing systems intelligent, scalable, and measurable.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
