Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test to shape automated testing for Alexa devices. You will translate product vision into test strategies and collaborate across product, engineering, and design to deliver high-quality features.

As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you'll focus on building tools that eases the test process and automating the test across our Alexa device ecosystem. Your day might include collaborating with Product Management and Software Engineering teams to understand upcoming features, designing automation strategies from day-1 of the project that capture real customer scenarios, and executing both manual and automated tests. You'll use AI-powered tools to streamline testing workflows, investigate issues when they arise, fix defects, and continuously refine our automation frameworks. You'll also partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met before features reach customers, taking ownership of both the strategic planning and hands-on execution of your testing approach.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
