Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join the PXTCS team. You will work alongside economists, data scientists, and engineers to translate ML and Generative AI models into reliable production systems that support Amazonians globally.

As part of PXTCS, you will contribute to initiatives spanning benefits, compensation, recruiting, voice of employee, and organizational culture, delivering robust software at Amazon's massive scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of systems.
• 1+ years designing and developing large-scale distributed software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• Experience programming with at least one programming language.

Responsibilities

• Work with economists and data scientists to build scalable production ML/AI systems.
• Turn science-driven insights and models into production systems at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering, applied science and product teams to ship impactful software.
