Pelvic Health Therapies develops technologies that help patients manage chronic conditions and improve quality of life through connected therapies and digital health solutions. This role is part of the software engineering organization responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications that support therapy delivery, patient engagement, and clinical outcomes in a regulated medical device environment.
This position is responsible for defining, implementing, executing, and documenting software for the next generation of Pelvic Health software products. The activities will encompass all facets and phases of software engineering, meeting all regulatory standards, to realize complex, innovative, high reliability systems that improve the quality of life of people around the world.
As a Software Engineer, you will be working with a motivated, diverse, and knowledgeable development teams to deliver world-class products.
This role requires the ability to understand moderately complex technologies, coupled with the technical skills to transpose both into exceptional products that delight users. This is a highly trusted position that requires an individual to think independently, be decisive, and need minimum supervision.
This position will be on-site at the Rice Creek East location in Fridley, MN M-F with the option to work remote on Fridays.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$100,000.00 - $150,000.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertain solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
