Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites delivering low-latency, high-speed broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide. This role offers a rare opportunity to work like a startup within Amazon on one of our most exciting new initiatives. You will partner with Amazon's supply chain, Trades, and Leo Commerce engineering teams to design and build the applications and services that power global supply chain operations for Amazon Leo - even in countries where Amazon does not currently operate. Your work will directly shape how customers around the world access and receive Leo's hardware, connecting them to our satellite network.

The Leo Fulfillment Technology team builds the engineering solutions that power global supply chain operations and deliver the best customer experience for receiving and returning Amazon Leo's hardware, the gateway for customers to connect to the Leo satellite network. Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
