Job summary

What you’ll do:

• You will be an integral member in the design, analysis, development, and deployment of multiple projects to tackle complex business problems
• You will design and implement highly scalable and reliable applications and components
• You will closely with architects, product leads and developers
• You will work in small, agile teams to design, develop, and maintain our RESTful web services using Java in a continuously integrated environment
• You will create automated regression tests, participate in peer code reviews, and provide estimates on work

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
• In lieu of degree, 2+ years of proven experience
• Programming skills with Java on a Unix/Linux platform
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Ability to work well with people, be highly self‑motivated and motivating to others
• Proven ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast‑paced environment
• Committed and passionate about delivering high‑quality work

Salary & Compensation

The total cash range for this position in Springfield is $94,500.00 to $132,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $151,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
