Responsibilities

• Drive the cultural and technical shift toward AI-augmented engineering, empowering peers to work smarter and ship faster.
• Transform development patterns and deliver new experiences to users by employing AI tools.
• Translate new browser technologies into real value for users.
• Work with modern Web technologies such as Web Components to create portable, reusable UI.
• Work with research and other engineering teams to integrate and refine AI and LLM experiences.
• Help shape architectural and product design details when tasks or specifications are open-ended.
• Collaborate with teammates across all functional disciplines to ensure quality in all phases of development.
• Write beautiful, self-documenting code that others can easily read and adapt.
• Write and review engineering documents, review design specs and participate in regular code reviews.

Compensation

U.S. pay range for this position is $159,200 – $301,600 annually. $208,300 – $301,600 in California and New York; $190,200 – $275,400 in Washington. Salary may vary by location.
