Key Responsibilities
  • Feature Development – Build robust, scalable features using React Native and Swift for our clinical applications.
  • Code Review & Quality Assurance – Participate in code review processes to learn best practices and maintain high coding standards across the team.
  • Learning & Growth – Actively learn from senior developers and contribute to technical discussions and solution design.
  • Production Support – Assist with technical support for production issues, including troubleshooting and debugging under guidance.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Technical Documentation – Contribute to technical documentation for systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 1‑2 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in React Native.
  • Good understanding of mobile application development principles and best practices.
  • Experience with code review processes and version control systems.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow as a developer.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in React and/or Swift.
  • Familiarity with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic knowledge of SonarQube for code quality analysis.
  • Exposure to Docker containerization.
  • Healthcare technology or regulated industry experience.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous internship or project experience with mobile development.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$64,890.00 - $173,040.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
