Amazon Lab126 in Austin, TX is hiring a Software Development Engineer to advance security in low-level device software and hardware interfaces. You will design protections, analyze hardware security, and drive mitigations across the device stack in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
You will collaborate with hardware, firmware, and platform teams, mentor via Tier 2/3 support, and leverage AI to streamline security workflows while delivering high-trust consumer electronics for millions of users.

Amazon Devices is looking for a Software Development Engineer to ensure that our devices are designed and implemented to the highest security standards, thus maintaining and enhancing customer trust. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
