Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver scalable web applications using C#/.NET, Blazor, and Python.

You will build REST APIs and data solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to solve complex automation challenges. This onsite role offers hybrid flexibility, with 3 days onsite per week in Austin, TX, and a focus on code quality, performance, security, and maintainability across services and platforms.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, Blazor/WebAssembly, and Python.
• Experience building modern, scalable web applications and REST APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ORM frameworks.
• Solid understanding of OO design, patterns, testing and maintainable code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Description: Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications and services using Blazor, C#/.NET, and Python.
• Enhance and scale our automation platform to support diverse workloads, use cases, and engineering teams.
• Design solutions with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across teams to understand requirements and solve complex automation and engineering challenges.
• Contribute to architecture, design reviews, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, and data solutions that support automation workflows.
• Create clear technical documentation and provide training and knowledge sharing for internal engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve developer productivity, platform usability, and operational efficiency through automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, Blazor/WebAssembly, and Python.
• Experience designing and developing modern, scalable web applications and REST APIs.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, and ORM frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, design patterns, testing, and maintainable code practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to quality and detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with silicon validation, hardware automation, or power/performance analysis.
• Experience building automation frameworks or integrating software with lab infrastructure, hardware, or test environments.
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting of distributed applications.
• Experience working in a cross-functional or geographically distributed engineering environment.
