Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, integrate, test and optimize low-level device driver software, firmware and hardware/software interfaces for MSM ASIC chipsets.

General Summary:

This individual possesses the solid engineering fundamentals and understanding with some supervision in the design, development, integration, testing and validation, and performance optimization of low-level device driver software, firmware and Hardware/Software interfaces for all new MSM ASIC chipsets. Reviews systems specifications, requirements and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Works on the design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. Participates at design reviews and project meetings.

Will accept a Master's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree field.

Pay range: $134,347.00 - $141,200.00/year
