The Opportunity

Join our Customer Innovation revolution as we partner with global brands in building software and AI-powered services that generate true value, guided by customer usage and author‑centric simplicity. As part of the AEM Co‑Innovation Engineering (ACE) team, you’ll play a critical role in evolving the Adobe Experience Manager product.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Demonstrate your customer empathy, hands‑on AEM expertise, Engineering knowledge, and AI‑first mentality, to collaboratively develop innovative product features that solve real customer needs and demonstrate measured value.
  • Envision: Continually deepen your understanding of a customer’s business use‑cases and value metrics to discover new opportunities to drive measurable value.
  • Iterate & Experiment: Apply an AI‑first experimentation mentality to rapidly iterate on technical proof‑of‑concepts, assessing and validating business value outcomes.
  • Share: Create and share knowledge to scale expertise across the AEM community both internally and externally.
  • Code: This is a hands‑on enterprise software development role. Join us to build the future of AEM!
What You Bring
  • Engineering Technical Depth: Degree or equivalent experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field along with 3+ years of proven hands‑on experience with full‑stack software development.
  • AEM Expertise: Confirmed expertise with sophisticated Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and enterprise customer use cases, with specific experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, including Edge Delivery Services.
  • AI Focus: Demonstrated curiosity with AI experimentation and solutions. AI is embedded in your day‑to‑day, as you invent and tinker with the possibilities of AI in your free time. You keep ahead of market trends across third‑party models, GPUs, and new AI applications.
  • Customer Centricity: Passion for ensuring outstanding customer experiences and a focus on excellence and simplicity.
  • Innovative Approach: Proven innovation mentality and track record of helping to drive creative solutions to increase value realization.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to communicate technical and business concepts to audiences of varying levels of experience, background, and seniority.

Expected Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,100 – $214,950 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 – $214,950. In New York, the pay range for this position is $148,500 – $214,950. In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $129,600 – $187,650. In Washington, the pay range for this position is $135,100 – $195,550.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non‑sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short‑term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
