Whitley Penn is seeking a Software Developer to join the Information Technology team in a hybrid Dallas/Fort Worth role. You will design, build, and deploy custom software, perform requirements gathering with stakeholders, and support both development and operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in .NET, SQL Server, and web development with Angular/ASP.NET, plus strong design-pattern knowledge and teamwork skills. Office is hybrid with standard hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or related field or 2–5 years software dev experience.
• 3–5 years with .NET Core/Framework and SQL Server.
• 2–5 years web development with Angular/ASP.NET.
• Knowledge of design patterns and modern web tech.
• Git version control; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy custom apps and reporting tools.
• Gather requirements with end users and leaders.
• Provide support to IT and infrastructure teams.
• Create thorough docs for operations and users.
• Lead back-end and front-end web development and DB design.
