SkillStorm Commercial Services LLC is launching an entry-level software career program with paid training and direct client placement. Participants move from training to deployment with a defined path to becoming deployed professionals, earning a paycheck from day one.

The program targets graduates, career changers with a technical background, and transitioning service members; includes enterprise-level training and certifications, benefits, and mentorship through placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Eng, IT or related field.
• At least 1 year of technical work experience.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL; OOP in Java or C#.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve applications using client languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Produce clean, efficient, well-organized code.
• Troubleshoot defects and provide technical support.
• Participate in code reviews and share feedback.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs with stakeholders.
• Assist with testing and production deployments; keep docs current.
• Stay updated on industry tools and practices via ongoing training.
