Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a seasoned full‑stack .NET developer for onsite work at the Centennial, Colorado office. You will lead development teams, define requirements, and deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions with CI and strong code quality.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with .NET, Angular/React, REST/SOAP, and working with geographically dispersed teams. Strong Agile practices, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack .NET development with Angular and/or React.
• 1+ year of managing or leading technical resources.
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficiency with the following technologies: .NET framework, C#, Java, JavaScript, MVC, Angular 10, TypeScript, jQuery, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, Swagger Docs.
• Proven ability designing and implementing responsive SPAs.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Possess an exceptional work ethic, be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and have the ability to independently manage a workload with multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and build functional and non-functional requirements across the enterprise portfolio.
• Lead one or more development teams of near‑shore or local developers.
• Design and prototype enterprise‑wide solutions with a focus on security, performance, continuous integration, and code quality (unit and integration tests).
• Communicate and collaborate with other leads, development teams, and development managers.
• Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve Axos’ development capabilities.
• Refactor codebase to realize just‑in‑time design within the contextual design.
• Work closely and communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Job Overview

Axos Bank Target Range: $100,000 /Yr. – $120,000 /Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an annual discretionary cash bonus target of 10% and an annual discretionary restricted stock units bonus target of 10%, both awarded semi‑annually upon performance. This role is onsite at the Centennial, Colorado office; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
