Noblis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance to design, build, and maintain secure software systems for national security missions. Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer with an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance to join our team in support of national security missions.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain complex, secure, and scalable software systems in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will work on full-stack development, cloud-based applications, and mission-driven tools.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, code, test, and debug high-performance, secure software applications in a Linux environment.
  • Implement modern frontend interfaces (e.g., React, Angular) and backend services (e.g., Python, Node.js).
  • Develop and deploy applications within secure cloud environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud, C2S) using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiar with automated pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Conda) to ensure secure, rapid, and reliable software delivery.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, interfaces, and test procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and conduct peer code reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Experience with software development processes such as compilation, unit testing, code analysis, release process, and code coverage.
  • Programming Language: Proficient in Python programming
  • Operating System: Experience working in Linux/Unix via command-line tools
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SQS, and/or SNS
  • Front-End (Web Framework): Experience with React and/or Angular
  • Back-End: Experience with RESTful API, FastAPI, and/or Node.js
  • Containerization/Orchestration Platform: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Pipeline: Familiar with CI/CD process and platforms tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and/or Conda
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Junior level
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree with 0 - 3 years of related experience including exposure or coursework in one or more programming languages; OR Associate's degree with 3 years of related experience; OR High School diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience
  • Compensation: $75,000.00 - $117,225.00
Mid level
  • Bachelor's or Maste's degree with 3 years of related experience; ;OR Associate's degree with 6 years of related experience; OR High School diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
  • Compensation: $90,700.00 - $141,775.00
Senior level
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience; OR Master's degree with 3 years of related experience; OR Associate's degree with 9 years of related experience; OR High School diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience
  • Compensation: $120,700.00 - $188,725.00

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionally adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
