Job description

Overview

As a developer on the Libraries and Tools team, you will support a variety of groups across the firm by building the core libraries used in the first stages of market data handling — including parsing, orderbook management, and optimized data structures designed for low latency environments.

You will work collaboratively with other technologists, traders, and quants to design and engineer tools aimed at debugging, troubleshooting, analysis, and management of market data, while also interfacing with RESTful services across both Linux and Windows environments in C++ and Python.

What we’re looking for
  • BS or MS in ComputerScience, Computer Engineering or a similar major.
  • Strong understanding of high-performance computing using C++ is required
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and a thorough understanding of performance optimization / latency reduction methodologies
  • Ability to work closely with other software developers, traders, quants, and infrastructure teams
