Hunter Bond is partnering with a highly regarded fintech organisation in Boston to recruit an experienced Software Developer for the front-office engineering group. This role focuses on production‑grade systems and ownership in a fast‑moving environment.

You will design, build, and enhance scalable applications used by front‑office stakeholders, collaborating with traders and product teams to deliver robust solutions while upholding high engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 2–5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Proven proficiency using Python and/or Java.
