Job summary

Uline Inc. is seeking a Java Software Developer to design, deploy and maintain robust Java applications at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will drive enterprise-level solutions, participate in architecture reviews and mentor teammates in a fast-paced tech environment.

The role emphasizes Spring, REST/microservices, CI/CD and Agile practices, with a strong focus on performance, quality and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant programming education and experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Java development with Spring framework.
• Experience with REST web services, microservices, Git, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP and XML.
• Knowledge of caching, service discovery, CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
• H-1B participation not offered by Uline.

Position Responsibilities

• Craft, test and deploy robust Java applications aligned with business needs using industry-leading technologies and coding standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Working knowledge of caching, service discovery, CI / CD tools and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
