Uline is seeking a Java Software Developer to spearhead the design, development, deployment and maintenance of sophisticated Java applications in a collaborative, cutting-edge tech environment. This role is based in Waukegan, IL, and offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $128,000.

You will craft, test and deploy robust Java applications, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural design while mentoring peers and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant programming education and experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Java development, with a strong track record in enterprise solutions using Spring framework.
• Extensive experience in REST web services, microservice environments, Git, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, XML and code versioning tools.
• Working knowledge of caching, service discovery, CI / CD tools and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
