3SD Solutions is seeking a Software Development Intern to join the IT / Software Development team in Bhubaneswar. The role involves assisting in building, testing, and maintaining applications while gaining hands-on industry experience.

The internship lasts 2 months with no stipend in the first month and a monthly stipend of ₹5,000 from the second month for interns meeting performance expectations. There is potential for a permanent position based on skills and company policy.

Job Summary

Internship Structure & Stipend

• First Month: Training and performance evaluation period. No stipend will be provided during this period.
• From the Second Month: A stipend of ₹5,000 per month will be provided to interns who successfully meet the company's performance expectations.
• Permanent Employment: Based on technical skills, performance, discipline, learning ability, and business requirements, selected candidates may be considered for a permanent position with compensation as per company policy.
