California State University San Marcos invites applications for Software Developer I. Under the direction of the Director of Software Development and Solutions, you will design, implement, and maintain software applications and systems to support campus operations, including open-source tools and SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
This full-time, non-exempt role is on campus in San Marcos, CA, with a probationary period toward permanent status.
Under the direction of the Director of Software Development and Solutions and working closely with the Lead of Systems Development and fellow team members, the incumbent will design, implement, and maintain software applications and systems to support the operations of the campus community. This role includes custom development, utilization of open-source software and configuration and development to extend the functionality of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms such as mobile frameworks and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Software Developer I
This is a full-time, non-exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,787 - $6,264 per month (Step 1 - 5)
CSU Classification Salary Range: $5,787 - $8,430 per month
Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected.
