Job summary

Zekiah Technologies, Inc. seeks a Software Developer to join a skilled team delivering mission-critical DoD programs. You will grow with cutting-edge technologies, operate in a SCIF, and support evolving customer frameworks.

Responsibilities include designing architecture, coding, testing, and collaborating across internal teams and vendors. A Secret clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.
• 2+ years of software development experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
• Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications.
• Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship is required.

This position supports an established contract developing mission-critical operations. Our customer’s framework continues to evolve. Evaluating, learning, and integrating new technologies will be a constant factor in this position. The responsibilities of this role include:

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
• 2+ years of software development experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
• Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
• Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
• Experience with Java, Python, C#, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, or NodeJS
• Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
• Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
• Secret clearance

Clearance Requirements

This position requires an active Interim Secret clearance. To be considered for this position, an applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain/maintain a secret security clearance.
