Role Overview
We’re seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to design, build, and optimize web applications and services that power our medical devices and platforms. You’ll contribute across the stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end APIs and cloud infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on code quality, performance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Write performant, maintainable, well-documented code.
- Develop, deploy, and optimize full-stack web applications (frontend and backend).
- Build and integrate service APIs and SDKs.
- Collaborate in a fast-moving, Agile/Scrum environment with engineering and product teams.
- Partner with medical device regulatory experts to ensure compliance with FDA guidelines.
- Contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD to improve reliability and speed.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Looking for 8 - 10 years of experience
- Strong experience with service APIs and/or SDKs.
- Hands-on experience with the MERN stack: React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
- Cloud experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Several years of experience in web and/or mobile application development in Unix/Linux environments.
- Several years working in Agile/Scrum at enterprise scale.
- Experience with OAuth or JWT-based authentication and front-end security best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps and version control tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with customers, management, and engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in API-driven development: consuming RESTful APIs and building web applications.
- Experience with machine learning (model integration, data pipelines, or inference services).
- Experience developing software for medical applications or regulated environments.
