Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Software Developer to support an Intelligence Community customer, focusing on cross-IC code sharing and enterprise software efficiency. The role emphasizes autonomy, creative problem solving, and Agile methodologies in mission-critical settings.

You will own full lifecycle development for web applications across the enterprise, ensuring performance and modernization. You will work on UI/UX-focused design, scalable architectures, and collaboration with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the application lifecycle, including bug fixes and feature enhancements.
• Design, develop, and modify enterprise software with emphasis on UI/UX and scalable architectures.
• Produce detailed technical specifications and write high-quality code.
• Reverse engineer existing applications to understand system behavior and dependencies.
• Implement updates and modernization efforts for reliability and performance.
• Document architecture, workflows, and development processes for future reference.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot issues to deliver timely resolutions.
• Evaluate modernization paths including refactoring, re-platforming, or replacing legacy components.
• Develop visually intuitive, content-rich user interfaces with seamless navigation.
• Analyze customer requirements to determine effective technologies and approaches.
• Design, build, test, and maintain software aligned with customer needs and enterprise standards.
• Perform software process management and configuration management throughout SDLC.
• Resolve software issues and incorporate improvements from user feedback.
