Qualifications

• 3+ years of Python experience with Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Expert-level SQL database knowledge.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software using established best practices for readable and maintainable code.
• Investigate, prototype, and implement solutions to complex system design challenges.
• Prioritize identifying and resolving bugs to ensure the best user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and SMEs to define roadmaps and anticipate technical roadblocks.
• Work with local and offshore engineering teams to ensure code quality.
• Assist with other special projects and duties as assigned.
