This is a remote, project-based role with one assessment to qualify and ongoing project matches across code review, evaluation, and original task creation.

Pay ranges from $50 to $100/hour depending on the projects you qualify into. Flexible, asynchronous engagement, fully remote with your own schedule, and opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI

• 2+ years of real-world software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one major programming language.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
