Job summary

Production Pulse, operated by Alloy Precision Technologies, Inc., is seeking engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain its industrial manufacturing software platform. You will build backend services, APIs, and databases, and integrate with IIOT devices and ERP systems to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

Candidates should be comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software, and possess a strong foundation in TypeScript, C#, and Python within SaaS or manufacturing contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Windows Server and MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, C#, Python, and frameworks like .NET.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or industrial/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Production Pulse software components.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and database structures
• Develop and enhance user-facing interfaces.
• Integrate Production Pulse with IIOT devices, machine controllers, and third-party systems including ERP platforms.
• Enhance performance, scalability, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to architecture design and decision making.
• Contribute to software releases, version control, and CI/CD processes.

Production Pulse works closely with customers & partners to ensure seamless deployments and real value from our solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain Production Pulse software components.Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and database structuresDevelop and enhance user-facing interfaces.Integrate Production Pulse with IIOT devices, machine controllers, and third-party systems including but not limited to ERP platforms.Enhance performance, scalability, and system reliability.Write clean optimized, and well documented code.Troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.Contribute to architecture design and decision making.Contribute to software releases, version control, and CI/CD processes.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers, partners and internal team members.Comfortable troubleshooting software and hardware, including Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and machine configurationsAbility to follow documented processesExperience with version control systems.
