Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to develop embedded and driver software in an agile environment. You will collaborate with product architects, managers and other engineers to implement designs on a product team.

The role requires strong C++ experience (systems-level), Windows driver development (user and kernel mode), and a solid grasp of OS internals, architecture, and performance analysis for low-level systems. Embedded hardware integration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience using C++ (systems-level programming).
• 3+ years of hands-on Windows driver development (user mode & kernel mode).
• Strong experience with debugging and performance analysis of low-level systems (kernel modules, device interfaces).
• Solid understanding of operating systems internals and computer architecture.
• Experience with embedded systems or low-level hardware/software integration.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Strong proficiency with data structures and software design principles.
