Job summary

Ampcus Inc in Seattle is seeking a Software Development Engineer III to design and build scalable software for the AWS Field Experience (AFX) and Revenue Lifecycle Automation and Intelligence (RAIn) teams. You will apply best practices and standards to solve complex problems and deliver reliable software at scale.

The role requires leading design decisions, defining metrics, and driving collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver robust solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in full software development lifecycle incl. coding standards, code reviews, source control, build, automation, testing, and operations.
• 5+ years leading design/architecture for scalable systems.
• 1 year building Agents using AWS tech stack.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Job Description

The AWS Field Experience (AFX), Revenue Lifecycle Automation and Intelligence (RAIn) team is seeking a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented Software Development Engineer to design and build scalable solutions that empower our field teams. You'll bring industry best practices and standards to solve complex business problems, define meaningful metrics, and create systems that operate reliably at scale.

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications. They must be detail-oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.

• 6 years of experience full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, automation, testing, and operations experience
• 6 years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• 5 years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience
• 1 year of experience building Agents using AWS tech stack.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
• Experience with Micro Front end is a plus

Preferred coding skills

Java, Python, REACT, Micro Frontend.
