Job summary

CBTS seeks a seasoned Software Delivery Manager to steer Agile software delivery for SAP and/or Salesforce platforms. You will guide end-to-end delivery, from planning through releases, ensuring alignment with business goals and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Brief Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Delivery Manager to lead Agile software delivery teams supporting SAP and/or Salesforce platforms. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end software delivery, including planning, execution, releases, risk management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading technical teams, managing SAP/Salesforce upgrades and releases, driving Agile best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile software development teams delivering SAP and/or Salesforce solutions.
• Manage project plans, delivery roadmaps, releases, upgrades, patches, and production deployments.
• Coordinate sprint planning, execution, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, blockers, and resource constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement through Agile, DevOps, monitoring, and operational excellence practices.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Support production stability, performance optimization, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software delivery experience, including 4+ years in leadership/management roles.
• Experience leading technical teams on SAP and/or Salesforce platforms.
• Experience managing platform upgrades, releases, and patching activities.
• Strong understanding of Agile software delivery methodologies and SDLC.
• Previous hands-on software development or engineering experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
