Job summary

Ubiminds, a GPTW-certified, people-first company, partners with American software product teams to scale development. We’re building an AI-first coding platform and seek a Software Architect with strong AI/agentic experience to lead this initiative remotely.

You will design autonomous AI agents that collaborate with human developers, define scalable cloud architecture on AWS, and ensure production readiness for developer tooling and workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Architect or Staff+ Engineer.
• Experience building or designing AI/agentic systems.
• Deep understanding of LLM integrations (Claude or similar), function calling, agent orchestration, prompt engineering and context management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and distributed systems.
• Experience across stacks; current foundation in .NET.
• Ability to make high-impact architectural decisions in fast-evolving environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction.
• English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal).

We are supporting a cutting-edge company building an AI-first coding platform (think Replit) and looking for a Software Architect with strong AI/Agentic experience to lead this initiative.

Challenge

We’re looking for a Software Architect who can design the future of software development—where autonomous AI agents and human developers collaborate seamlessly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, system design, and developer platforms, and is excited to build systems where agents can plan, write, test, and deploy code autonomously.

You will play a key role in defining how agentic workflows, LLM reasoning loops, and developer tooling come together in a scalable, production-grade platform.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and lead the development of an AI-first coding platform.

• Design systems where AI agents and developers collaborate in real time.

• Build and implement agentic systems capable of:

  • Planning tasks

  • Writing code

  • Running tests

  • Deploying applications

• Integrate LLMs (especially Claude) into production workflows.

• Design tool-use (function calling) and agent orchestration layers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in distributed systems and scalable platform design.

• Experience working across different stacks (current foundation in .NET, but openness to other ecosystems).

• Ability to make high-impact architectural decisions in fast-evolving environments.

• Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction.

• English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience building developer platforms or coding tools.

• Familiarity with tools like Replit, Cursor, or AI-assisted IDEs.

• Experience with multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks.

• Background in DevOps automation or CI/CD pipelines powered by AI.
