Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Softscape Foreman to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, particularly in softscaping, which includes the installation and maintenance of plants, soil, and other organic materials. As a Softscape Foreman, you will lead a team of landscapers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of softscape projects from start to finish.
• Lead and manage a team of 2-5 landscapers, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare and maintain schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for plant selection and placement.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years experience in landscaping, with a focus on softscaping.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscape design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
