Meijer is seeking an entry-level team member to deliver outstanding customer service, share product knowledge, and support merchandising tasks in a retail setting. You will stock shelves, process backroom duties, and collaborate with store leadership to keep areas ready for customers.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, efficiency, safety, and a willingness to work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Qualifications

• Comfort with basic technology and learning new systems.
• Organized and efficient work style.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Team player who supports shared goals.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
