Job summary

Christy Sports in Centennial, CO is seeking a Softgoods Supervisor to manage the sales staff and department inventory. Lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service, and close sales while promoting accessories and warranties.

The role requires friendly interaction, skiing enthusiasm, basic computer skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends. You will oversee cash register operations and contribute to store merchandising and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people.
• Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works.
• Have basic computer skills.
• English fluency, written and verbal.
• Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build trust from the customer through product knowledge and the delivery of accurate information.
• Bring the sale to a successful close.

$19.50-$21.00/hour + Commission. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
