Hours Required: Flexible Hours, but must be available afternoons, weekends, and holidays (This is a 1099 Position)
Position Overview: Step up to the plate as a Softball Trainer. We’re looking for a baseball or softball enthusiast who’s ready to bring the heat by teaching skills, and spreading the love for the game in a high-energy, tech-savvy environment. With offerings like private lessons, camps, clinics, and batting cage rentals, you’ll be a key player in helping athletes of all levels knock it out of the park! Pun intended!
Get in the game with one-on-one sessions, tailored training plans, and baseline data reviews. Your goal? Help players round the bases toward their personal best, from rookies to seasoned pros.
Build a fanbase! Cultivate long-term relationships with players, parents, and coaches. Work with the team to bring back past clients and keep current ones coming back for more.
Keep the ballpark clean, friendly, and ready for action. Team up with the Classes Manager to create a winning environment, review progress, and ensure everyone is playing by the same rules.
