Job summary

Daviess County School District Apollo High School in Owensboro, Kentucky is seeking two part-time softball coaches for the middle school program. Coaches will guide student-athletes, emphasize sportsmanship and skill development, and support a positive team environment.

Starting date is To Be Determined; previous coaching experience and ability to meet school coaching requirements are preferred; must be at least 21 and have 64 college hours; citizenship/residency/work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Certified DCPS employee preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have 64 college hours.
• Previous coaching experience desired.
• Willingness/ability to complete all requirements for a school coaching position.
• Desire to be a role model to young adults and the ability to lead a group of young adults in a positive manner.
