Job summary

The Lampeter-Strasburg School District is seeking a Softball JV Assistant Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. This position supports the district's softball program and works with student-athletes across the district. The role requires coordinating with coaches and ensuring safety and preparedness for practices and contests.

• Qualified candidates should have previous playing and/or coaching experience.
• Background checks required upon offer of employment (PA Criminal History, FBI Criminal background check, and Child Abuse background check).
• Proof of TB test, results must be within the past year, upon offer of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching and developing JV softball players.
• Coordinate with school athletics staff and schedule practices, games and transportation.
• Support interview scheduling and completion of required clearances and paperwork.
