Job summary

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field, CSCS or SCCC certification, state licensure as a therapist, and extensive experience coaching athletes at elite levels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 7+ years of professional experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in exercise science, health science, or related discipline required; master's preferred.
• CSCS or SCCC certification maintained.
• Active CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with contract and regulations.
• Analyze reports for performance measurement and efficiencies.
• Develop strategic plans and objectives with project management.
• Supervise project staff and monitor performance goals.
• Develop and implement training protocols for SOF personnel.
