Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Special Activities Team Lead (SATL) to support a Federal government client. You will manage SA across all duties and coordinate with PM, MRB SA SMEs, and required meetings to ensure mission success.

Requirements include former NCO or WO, 6 years SOF experience, 3 SOF combat deployments, ASOTC graduate, and willingness to travel up to 50% with OCONUS deployment readiness. Prescient Edge provides a comprehensive benefits package and a veteran‑owned environment.

Qualifications

• Former NCO or Warrant Officer.
• Six years of SOF experience from graduation in operator/leader roles.
• Minimum of 3 SOF combat deployments, including ASOT TTPs.
• ASOTC graduate.
• Three years of operational SOF experience in positions with responsibility.
• Current driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and deploy OCONUS if required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SATL and manage SA across all activities for the program.
• Interface with PM, MRR COR, and MRB SA SMEs; participate in required meetings.
• Supervise SA employees and handle personnel questions or conflicts.
• Advise and coordinate SA script writing; interview candidates for Level II/III.
• Enforce doctrine and SOPs; coordinate input for AARs; ensure readiness for training events.
• Be prepared for travel to remote OCONUS locations and operate with minimal supervision.
• Represent Prescient Edge in deployments and maintain compliance with government objectives.
