Job summary

Culmen International, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Global Force Management Analyst to deliver executive level GFM assessments to the Director of Operations and Commanding General. The role requires experience with SOF force planning and CENTCOM engagement, and reports to senior stakeholders in a regular full-time capacity.

Ideal candidates bring DoD GFM expertise, a TS/Secret clearance, and a track record in coordinating force allocations and JCET packages with SOCOM.

Qualifications

• Five years of active duty SOF experience.
• Three years of CENTCOM AOR experience.
• Three years of GFM experience at a TSOC or GCC.
• Knowledge of GFMIG (Global Force Management Implementation Guidance).
• Understanding the Forces For Unified Commands Memorandum and related DoD guidance.

Responsibilities

• Executes operational level force requirements planning for SOCCENT and subordinate SOF formations; forecasts SOF and conventional enabler requirements to support named operations and JCS EXORDs.
• Provides SOF expertise to CENTCOM in all phases of GFM activities and assesses sourcing recommendations from SOCOM and the Services to meet operational objectives.
• Forecasts JCET priority of effort recommendations for CG approval and allocates available forces to meet JCET priorities; facilitates JCET package submission to SOCOM.
