Job summary

Maximus in Honolulu, Hawaii, seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide behavioral healthcare, counseling, case management and clinical support for Special Operations Forces personnel and their families. This role supports readiness, resilience and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams. U.S.

citizenship is required and candidates must be eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance. The position involves research activities and quality improvement work within SOF behavioral

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• Minimum of two years related mental health experience.
• Current LCSW or LMSW with license valid in state of practice.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling with applicable licensure.
• Must meet credentialing and privileging standards per Defense Health Agency.
• Minimum of two years of peer-reviewed clinical work in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to maintain high performance and adequate staff coverage.
• Serve as subject matter expert for identified program area.
• Ensure SLA compliance and related requirements are met.
• Work with contract management and shared services to identify improvements.
• Provide individual, family, group, and couples therapy and evidence-based treatments.
