Job summary

Henderson Community College seeks part‑time Sociology faculty to teach introductory and intermediate courses across multiple delivery methods, including online, hybrid, day and evening sections, with potential travel to teaching sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sociology, or related field with 18 graduate hours in sociology.
• Community college teaching experience preferred.
• Professionalism and exemplary communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time instruction in Sociology.
• Deliver using multiple modalities including online, hybrid, and face-to-face.
• Maintain professionalism and exemplary communication and presentation skills.
