Zusammenfassung

The Children's Home is seeking a Licensed Professional to join our expanding Children and Family Treatment and Support Services program. The Clinician will provide individual, family, and group services to youth from birth to 21 years old and their families, in various settings, to improve overall wellness.

You will work in collaboration with other staff to deliver evidence-based interventions, develop and review treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation in our Electronic Health Record

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
• Limited Permit, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, Licensed Psychologist, or similar required.
• Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment required.

• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct reviews to monitor progress.
• Complete and maintain all required documentation in a timely manner in the Electronic Health Record system.

• Provide supervision to other members of the CFTSS team.
• Attend supervision and staff meetings.
