POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for providing therapy services to patients and their families as a part of the multidisciplinary team with most emphasis on individual therapy completing Psychosocial Assessments, facilitating marital and/or family therapies, assisting in program development, and developing, implementing and reviewing treatment plans.

QualificationsMINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Master’s Degree in Social work, Psychology or related field.

License: Georgia state license Professional Social Worker/Counselor

Experience: Prefer two years experience

PHYSICAL / MENTAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to think and work effectively under stress with frequent interruptions; to move, sit, stand, walk and bend intermittently throughout the work day, lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
