Job Summary

Provides individual/group therapy/education/support services to patients, families and staff. Provides psychosocial assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, referrals and information to patients and families. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to affect positive patient and family outcomes. Applies theoretical learning, policies and procedures. Carries out a plan of service at a basic level. Works closely with Manager for guidance and supervision.
