Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey seeks Social Workers (CSW, LSW, MSW) to support residents and staff across the care continuum. Roles include Director of Social Work and Social Work Assistant, with opportunities to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have long-term care experience, exceptional people skills, and familiarity with PCC- Point Click Care EHR. Active RN license in the state is required; background checks will be conducted.
